StripeKit - Cancel Payment

`$kit->payments->cancel()`

Cancels a PaymentIntent that has not yet succeeded.

Same KitPaymentRecord shape as retrieve(), with status set to 'canceled'.

Exception	When
`StripeOperationError`	The PaymentIntent has already succeeded, or does not exist. A PaymentIntent that already succeeded cannot be cancelled, refund it instead using the underlying Stripe client via `$kit->raw`.

This call does not write to your storage adapter. Call sync() afterwards, or rely on your webhook handler, if you need the cancellation persisted.
